Welcome to the Inner Voice Introduction Workshop, where I will guide you through a meditation to reconnect with your true voice. This workshop is open to anyone who can speak—remember, if you can talk, you can sing! Our voice is a precious and vulnerable instrument. It can guide us through processing deep emotions and discovering more joy in our daily lives.
I encourage you to release any preconceived notions, expectations, or judgments and fully engage in the exercise. Your voice, body, and spirit will all benefit from this experience.

I've always been singing, as far as I can remember, even as a baby before I could speak. As the years went by, singing became more than a past time, it became a refuge in which I could feel safe, held and in which I could learn to love life.
From your typical amateur contests to TV shows to a 3-year degree in pop music on top of over a decade of vocal training with experts, I have always been eager to sing and to better my technique. As a singer-songwriter, I've had a few songs on the radio and a bit of momentum but it never seemed to really take off. Something was missing. I felt disconnected from the world and from my true essence. Life took me on many roads. I absolutely LOVED teaching and coaching artists in my twenties and went on to study musical theatre in New York City. After participating in the Canadian version of "The Voice", life led me to sing on luxury cruise ships and travel the world. In 2020, I shifted from pop music to the art form my heart had always been yearning for, music for Spirit. Call it sound healing, call it medicine music, call it mantras, call it weird hippie stuff, I can't let go of the tremendous feelings of gratitude and connection I feel when I sing for healing. I learned Sound Ceremony in Guatemala and have returned to Central and South America a few times for deep healing and growth journeys throughout these past 3 years. Incorporating these ancient and modern techniques in Quebec, through corporate or personal sessions, I am blessed to share my voice differently today.
I now facilitate workshops, retreats, cacao ceremonies and sound journeys both in French and English internationally.
